Fur Butterfly Brooch

A stunning real fur brooch from around the 1950’s.

This beautiful pin brooch has wings made from soft grey fur. The body of the butterfly is formed from silver metal adorned with pale blue diamantes and faux pearls, two small darker blue diamantes are mounted on the antennae and the butterfly.

The butterfly is mounted on a black velvet backing and the back plate is attached to this.

The brooch is in a lovely vintage condition although at closer look, it appears that a single pearl or diamante may be missing at the very top of the butterfly.

This gorgeous fur butterfly measures approx. 7.5cm x 5cm.
